Can I do the program with my partner?

Can anyone become a patient?

Preamble is designed for individuals committed to proactive, data-driven health optimization. We welcome clients at all stages of their health journey.

Can I speak with someone before I join?

Absolutely. Book a complimentary virtual Discovery Call with our team to ask questions and determine if Preamble is the right fit for you.

Does Preamble replace my Primary Care Physician?

No. Preamble complements your primary care by focusing on prevention, performance, and long-term health optimization.

Does Preamble have a referral program?

Yes. Patients who refer others may be eligible for exclusive benefits or service credits. Reach out to our team for current details.

Do I have to live in Arizona to join Preamble?

No. Many patients travel to our Scottsdale clinic for initial in-depth testing and continue their programs virtually with our care team.

Are additional testing options available?

Yes. We offer a range of advanced testing options including full-body imaging, DEXA scan, bloodwork, strength and movement analysis, cardiac scans, specialty lab panels, and cancer risk screening.

Are consultations in-person or via Telehealth?

Both. Testing takes place in-person at our clinic, while physician strategy sessions and follow-ups are available via secure Telehealth.

Is any wearable technology or apps used or required?

Yes. We often use continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and integrate data from wearables like Oura and Apple Health to enhance your care strategy.

Do you take health insurance?

We do not accept insurance. This allows us to provide fully personalized care without limitations.

Can I pay with my HSA or FSA account?

Yes. Many of our services are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Please confirm with your plan provider.

Can I pay for the Program or testing on a monthly or quarterly basis?

Yes. We offer flexible billing options, including monthly and quarterly payment plans for our services.

What does the annual Program cost?

Our Medicine 3.0 Executive Physical is $2,500. Annual Memberships start at $650 for our Core Membership or you may choose our Essentials Membership for $2,000 or our Pro Membership for $4,000 per year. Please view our Program & Services page for more details.

Do you offer a discount for retired or active duty military personnel?

Yes. We proudly offer military discounts — please inquire for details.

Do you work with referring providers, trainers, or physical therapists?

Yes. We collaborate with physicians, personal trainers, and physical therapists to support shared clients with diagnostics, health intelligence reports, and strategy alignment.
